SaaS Boat respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to properly submitted copyright infringement claims.

This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can request removal of infringing material from the SaaS Boat platform.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on SaaS Boat infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on the website.
  4. Your contact information, including:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Mailing address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Notices that fail to comply with these requirements may not be processed.


2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • notify the user who posted or submitted the material
  • take further action if necessary

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed due to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and contact information.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same contact listed above.


4. Repeat Infringers

SaaS Boat reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.


5. Good Faith Requirement

Submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability. You should ensure that you are the rightful copyright holder or authorized representative before submitting a notice.
