These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SaaS Boat website and services (the “Service”) operated by SaaS Boat (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

SaaS Boat provides a platform offering curated SaaS interface examples, product inspiration, and related resources for designers, product managers, developers, and other professionals.

- Google Sign-In authentication
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of SaaS Boat may require payment.
Payments are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment provider.
By purchasing access or subscriptions, you agree that:
- All payments are processed by Gumroad
- Billing information is handled according to Gumroad’s policies
- Pricing may change at any time
Refund policies may be governed by Gumroad’s policies unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Scrape, copy, or extract large portions of the content or database

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

- interface screenshots
- product examples
- text content
- diagrams
- design collections
- branding
- website design
is owned by SaaS Boat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users may:
- view content for personal or professional inspiration
- reference the material for research or educational purposes
Users may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, or republish the content
- reproduce the database or collections
- create competing services using the content
without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service may include references to third-party products, websites, or services.
SaaS Boat does not control or endorse these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

- suspend or discontinue parts of the Service
at any time without notice.
9. Termination
